Pushkar Bagmar

As Director of Global People Services for APAC at GoGlobal, Pushkar Bagmar brings more than 28 years of experience in finance, outsourcing, EOR, HR support and entity management. A Chartered Accountant by training, he’s led high-impact projects across India, the Middle East and APAC, delivering strategic solutions that help clients scale with speed and security. 

Prior to GoGlobal, Pushkar was instrumental in growing SKP-Tricor’s India joint venture, helping to expand the business by 700% over a decade and supporting more than 300 clients from 30 countries. He later led the firm’s Dubai operations, where he doubled revenue year-over-year.  

At GoGlobal, Pushkar has been central to building and scaling core service lines, such as Recruit & Hire and GoGlobal’s premier client-facing tech platform, BlueOcean. During his stint as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), he led GoGlobal’s ISO 27001 certification—achieving a first-of-its-kind approval for a fully cloud-based, multi-country IT security management systems infrastructure. He also headed several data analytics projects internally at GoGlobal. 

Pushkar currently heads GoGlobal’s APAC Global People Services team, guiding clients through complex, high-growth markets. He combines technical expertise with a hands-on, people-first approach—frequently stepping into the client’s shoes to align on expectations, navigate cultural nuances and drive seamless delivery. 

Pushkar is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI) with a Diploma in Information Systems Audit (ICAI). He also holds certifications in Design Thinking, Power BI and data analytics. 

Outside of work, he values independence and believes in giving his all—without attachment to outcomes.
