Claudia’s leadership and expertise have driven significant achievements in international expansion, accounting, tax compliance and payroll management. With over 18 years of experience in international expansion for large multinational corporations, Claudia has been instrumental in supporting GoGlobal’s clients as they expand into new markets, ensuring compliance with local requirements and fostering successful global operations.
Claudia started her career in EY (Ernst & Young) as an external auditor for 7 years, and in her previous role at a BPO firm, Claudia’s strategic vision and management skills were pivotal in the firm’s international growth. She managed an international portfolio worth €15 million, spanning 50 countries, and played a key role in expanding the company services from three to fifty countries. Her leadership in handling projects for major corporations in several sectors and countries has been noteworthy, demonstrating her capability to manage complex international operations.
Claudia’s educational background includes an MBA from IESE Business School, a master’s in international finance from the University of Alcalá de Henares, a certified CPA accountant designation in Brazil (CRC certification) as well as accounting and tax from FIPECAFI University. She has also completed advanced training in financial accounting from Harvard Business School, further solidifying her expertise in the field.
Outside of her professional life, Claudia enjoys singing, sports, traveling, and exploring new culinary experiences with her family and friends.
