Jason Gause leads GoGlobal’s global sales and partnerships strategy, drawing from over 20 years of experience in human capital management (HCM). He’s a proven leader in scaling sales teams, building market strategies and driving growth. With a strong foundation in enterprise sales, Jason has held leadership roles at ADP, Oasis Outsourcing, Ceridian, Rippling and Paycor—where he helped launch new teams and accelerate expansion in key markets.

At GoGlobal, Jason focuses on simplifying the complexities of global expansion. His team works closely with clients to streamline cross-border operations, offering tailored solutions in HR, payroll, entity setup and compliance. By providing clear, actionable strategies, Jason ensures clients can enter new markets with confidence, speed and full compliance. This way, they can focus on what matters most: core business and sustainable growth across borders.

Jason’s leadership is grounded in a people-first philosophy, driving cohesive, goal-driven teams and fostering strong client relationships. This human-centric approach has earned him 17 President’s Club awards and three Board of Directors awards.

A Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and Challenger Certified, Jason holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Diego State University. Outside of work, you’ll find him coaching his kids’ sports teams, attending country music concerts, playing in adult baseball leagues and enjoying a round of golf.
