Linda Lim

Linda Lim brings more than 25 years of experience in corporate finance, international expansion and M&A to help clients scale swiftly and compliantly in 100+ countries. Her expertise in global operations and finance helps companies cut through complexity and scale with confidence. 

Linda began her career at KPMG and Andersen Business Consulting, building a foundation in financial analysis, audit and business strategy. She went on to lead global finance and operations teams at Cummins Inc., Lear Corporation and Suntech America, managing expansion initiatives across North America, Asia Pacific and Europe. At Global Upside and Safeguard Global, she helped companies accelerate international growth through Employer of Record (EOR) and Business & Corporate Services (BCS) solutions. 

At GoGlobal, Linda leads initiatives across HR, entity setup, operations and compliance—bringing together financial acumen and operational precision to help clients build agile, scalable systems. Her approach prioritizes speed, structure and compliance, enabling organizations to grow sustainably in today’s fast-moving global marketplace. 

Linda holds an MBA from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and a Bachelor of Accountancy from Nanyang Technological University in Singapore. She is a certified CPA and Six Sigma Black Belt, and an active member of the Silicon Valley CFO Leadership Council. 

Having lived and worked in Singapore, Hong Kong, London, Minneapolis and San Francisco, Linda embraces a global mindset. Outside of work, she is an avid car enthusiast and enjoys biking, hiking and discovering new destinations around the world.
