Thomas Kuza brings over 18 years of expertise in international tax, HR, legal and payroll to his role as Director of Business & Corporate Services for GoGlobal. He began his professional journey as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in the Middle East, where he managed multinational clients before joining Vistra.
At Vistra, Thomas led a team of 30 accountants across multiple jurisdictions, specializing in international tax planning and compliance. His success led to his pivotal role in establishing and growing Vistra’s international expansion business services in London, where he built an expansive and profitable team. Thomas then founded Expandia Global where he provided international expansion advisory services to companies looking to grow their global operations. In 2024, Expandia Global merged with GoGlobal where he continues to provide guidance and support to clients.
Thomas’s deep technical knowledge and extensive experience enable him to provide tailored solutions that positively impact clients, particularly in navigating complex international regulations and optimizing operational efficiency.
Thomas holds a CIMA qualification and has completed specialized training in International HR and AML/KYC compliance. His proactive approach and commitment to client success make him a valuable partner to companies looking to expand globally.
